After finding that L-3 Communications Corp. had breached its contracts and inappropriately taken and/or used Lockheed Martin Corp. 's proprietary technology, a jury awarded over $37 million to Lockheed Martin.
Not surprisingly, L-3, which is based out of New York, indicated that they intend to appeal the jury's verdict.
