15 Separate Investigations Confirm that Billions of Dollars Earmarked for Small Business Were Fraudulently Diverted to Big Business

As noted in one of the videos posted at our site, which recounts Lou Dobbs' investigation of fraud at the Small Business Administration, there are now several more reports indicating that large sums of money in the form of small business contracts were instead awarded to large businesses, including several corporations belonging to the Fortune 500, over the last several years. Even worse, rather than acknowledge the "oversight" (assuming it was a mere mistake rather than deliberate), the Justice Department refused Freedom of Information Requests for the identity of the firms that received the government sponsored contracts over a two year period. In fact, a report by the General Accounting Office concluded that over 10,000 contracts that were awarded were still unaccounted for.
