24,000 Dangerous Children's High Chairs Recalled

In a joint effort, Fisher Price and the Consumer Products Safety Commission issued a recall for their 3 in 1 high chairs after it was discovered that the latch in the rear of the seat would become detached without warning, allowing the child inside the seat to fall backwards. In one instance, this safety hazard resulted in a child sustaining very serious personal injuries, as he fractured his skull.
