70 Year-Old Manhattan Woman Killed in Pedestrian Knock-down

On Saturday, September 4, a 70 year-old woman was killed in a pedestrian knock-down incident when a passing van struck her at the intersection of 3rd Avenue and 30th Street in Manhattan.
At the accident scene, the police gave the defendant a Breathalizer test, which he apparently passed.
