Brooklyn Delivery Man Hit By EMS Vehicle in Critical Condition

On Friday, September 10, a New York City EMS vehicle collided with a food delivery man at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and 51st Street in the Sunset Park area of Brooklyn, leaving the Chinese immigrant in critical condition. As noted in an earlier blog article, absent a finding of recklessness, the FDNY will not be held liable for this Brooklyn car accident.
