Brooklyn Jury Awards Bicyclist Hit By Car $6 Million

Recently, a delivery man that was hit by a car while riding his bicycle in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn was awarded more than $6 Million dollars by a Kings County jury. Apparently, in rendering its verdict the jury sided with the plaintiff's assertion that in addition to suffering fractures to his lumbar vertebrae and legs, he also suffered a traumatic brain injury.
