After receiving nearly 20 reports of consumers sustaining personal injuries, including burns and shocks caused by the wearing down of its product's power cord, California-based Thane International, in conjunction with the Consumer Products Safety Commission, voluntarily recalled nearly 600,000 of its electric-powered H2O mops, which had been widely marketed and sold through Thane's infomercials, particularly on the QVC Network.
