Children's Telephone Toys Recalled Due to Choking Hazard

After learning that a small mirror attached to its telephone toy has a propensity to detach from the main unit, and thereby pose a choking hazard to infants and small children, Evenflo, in conjunction with the Consumer Products Safety Commission voluntarily recalled approximately 25,000 of its switch-a-roo telephone toys on July 16.
