Defective Chinese-Made Pacifiers Recalled Due to Choking Hazard

Earlier today, on March 31, 2009, it was reported that the Consumer Products Safety Commission ("CPSC") has announced the recall of nearly 3,000 Baby Necessities brand pacifiers after testing determined that the nipples were separating from the pacifier's base, and were therefore a choking hazard.
