Driver Charged After Hit and Run of 12 Year-Old Bicyclist

A 21 year-old driver was charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident after his car came in contact with a 12 year-old boy that was riding a bicycle. Apparently, the driver continued on his way after observing that the 12 year-old get back up from the ground and start walking.
