Food Manufacturer Forced to Close Down by FDA

Yesterday, it was reported that a soft tortilla manufacturer was compelled by the FDA to stop all production, distribution and sale of its products after it was determined that the manufacturer had repeatedly failed to abide by the Good Manufacturing Processes for food products.
Apparently, the FDA's inspection's of the manufacturing facility were prompted by reports of several children's complaints of gastrointestinal illness and/or food poisoning after consuming the company's contaminated or defective food products.
