Early in the morning of January 25, a passenger car collided with an elementary school bus in upstate New York, causing the driver of the passenger vehicle sufficiently serious personal injuries that she had to be removed from the scene via helicopter to Albany Medical Center.
Apparently, the accident was largely caused by icy road conditions.
