Recently, we were able to successfully resolve a case wherein our client was rear-ended by another vehicle for $265,000 at a mediation that took place on the eve of trial. This case was certainly not without its challenges, primary among which was that the photographs of the vehicles post accident indicated little to no damage to either car.
