Defective Design Leads to Recall of Bicycle Trailer

After discovering that its axle was defectively designed, and could cause one of the wheels of its bicycle trailer to fall off, and thereby cause the children riding in the trailer to sustain serious personal injuries, Burley Design, in conjunction with the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission announced the voluntary recall of over 2,500 child trailers.
