If a manufacturer or distributor of a product issues a product recall, does that mean that they have conceded that their product is defective?
Simply put, no. If you read carefully the recall notifications that are sent out, you will notice that they NEVER concede that the product is defective; they simply indicate that they are recalling the products while their investigation into the customer complaints is completed.
