Peanut Butter Recall to Be Investigated by U.S. Congress

On January 29, it was reported that the United States Congress intends to conduct hearings as to the underlying reasons for the salmonella outbreak that has been linked to tainted and defective peanut butter products. The congressional hearings are expected to commence in mid-February.
