Earlier today, it was reported that after the Mine Safety and Health Administration's investigation concluded that management had failed to properly support the Montana mineshaft's ceiling, causing the mine's collapse, the widow of one of the mine workers that was killed in accident sued for wrongful death, alleging that the mine company's negligence proximately caused the accident.
