Recently, we were able to settle our client's breach of a commercial lease agreement matter with the defaulting tenant, a doctor's office, without even needing to file suit.
By the terms of the lease agreement, our client was entitled to approximately $110,000 - including back rent, late fees and penalties.
Fortunately, we were able to settle the claim for 90 cents on the dollar - and before formal litigation ensued.
