Recently, a Nassau County Court awarded one of our clients $193,000 following a breach of contract trial. Apparently, in rendering the verdict the Court credited our client's testimony, as well as the documents we subpoenaed demonstrating our client's damages flowing from the defendant's breach of the agreement.
