We were fortunate to secure this outstanding result for a client who, as a result of being assaulted by a fellow student at school, sustained a fractured orbital socket, and temporarily had vision problems. We are particularly pleased with this result because the video of the incident tended to demonstrate that this was a sudden incident, which would have presented significant challenges to proving that the defendant school district should be held liable for this incident.
