If I have reliable, objective information that the other side to my agreement is going to breach the contract , am I still obligated to perform my end of the agreement - even if it costs me money?
Generally speaking, under the doctrine of anticipatory breach of contract, you do not need to wait until the other side to your agreement actually breaches before you can take action to protect yourself, such as by deemed the contract voided (there are other options as well).
