Sometimes, the issue that prompts a defective product recall is so blatant that you can't help but ask: if this was the nature of the defect - and the complaints were so numerous - what kind of testing of the product was ever done before this product was sent out into the marketplace?

And that is precisely the issue that comes to mind with regard to the recent product recall that was issued by Hy Cite with respect to well over 1.5 million of its cookware units, as their line of Thermal Wall cookware was failing in large numbers, as they buckled under conventional heat conditions from consumers that were using it to cook food.
